Article processing charges
There is no fee to submit or to undergo peer review. The standard APC is USD 1,800 and the verified student or trainee rate is USD 1,350, payable only after editorial acceptance.

Editorial independence
Editors and reviewers assess manuscripts without regard to ability to pay, rate eligibility, waiver discussions, membership or purchased services. Payment never guarantees acceptance or alters peer review.
Financial questions are handled by the billing office, separately from editorial assessment.
Eligibility, assistance and payment
A current student or trainee may request the USD 1,350 rate by providing a supervisor recommendation and institutional verification letter before invoicing.
A corresponding author may ask the billing office for a case-specific partial waiver before invoicing. Evidence may be requested; approval and the amount are not guaranteed and do not affect editorial assessment.
Payment may be made by card, PayPal, bank transfer, institutional invoice or documented grant arrangement. Confirm the payer, currency, applicable taxes or bank charges and total before payment.
Withdrawal policy
A manuscript may be withdrawn without charge within three days of submission. After three days, a withdrawal charge equal to 30% of the standard APC applies. Send the request in writing and wait for official withdrawal confirmation before submitting the manuscript elsewhere.
This withdrawal charge is administrative and does not purchase or influence an editorial decision.
